Borinquen Exterminating Company - Unprofessional & Complete RIP OFF! Workers Sexually Harass Clients & Overcharge New York New York

I hired Borinquen Exterminating Company and it has been nothing but trouble. First, the technician was caught going through my daughters nightstand underwear drawer. His name was Freddy. He denied it, but he was seen doing it. The company did not apologize, and was SUPER unprofessional about it. Then, I specifically asked that they not come when I am not home as I don't want random service men around my wife and daughter. They continued to schedule service at their convenience and not mine. They failed to do the service they were paid to do. they charged my credit card and after checking their work, the problem was still there. There are plenty of bugs still around my house. I seriusly doubt they are professionally licesned as my wife said the technician named Freddy did not seem to have a clue as to what he was doing, had poor hygene and made sexually charged innapropriate comments. This company must be held responsible for the unprofessional people they hire that could potentially be dangerous to be around. I should have done more research before hiring them!

 Talk about poor customer service: they won't even listen to you. All they want to do is prove they are right.  I am disputing the credit card charges, which were a total rip-off but at least I don't have to have them coming back to my house.  I can't believe I fell for their lousy contract.  It is all one-sided and it is their side. Buyer beware. Do not hire Borinquen Exterminating Company!
