BostonsByHutch.com Colleen Hutchings Selling XXXL Boston Terriers as "SMALL Premium AKC Puppies" Stonewall, Oklahoma

I am a very well respected Boston Terrier breeder in Florida.  I researched via the internet in order to find a premium stud for my females.  I discovered Bostons By Hutch, they had beautifully colored Bostons and had a male puppy available.  I emailed Larry and Colleen Hutchings and also spoke to them on the phone.  I made it VERY clear that my females were both VERY small and that I needed an equally SMALL male.  I expressed via email and on the phone that I required a male UNDER 20# as an adult.  They assured me that the males parents were both VERY small and that the puppy would be as well.

After receiving the puppy at 8 weeks old, we immediately noticed that he was more than DOUBLE the size of any of our other puppies at the same age.  When we contacted the Hutchings regarding his massive size, they assured me AGAIN that he would be a SMALL ADULT.  When asked if we could return him, they stated that they would not guarantee size and that we were "stuck with him".

We contacted the Hutchings several times over the next few months and inquired about returning him and refunding our money, or replacing this defect puppy...with the same response from the Hutchings.  Our puppy is now 8 months old, and 30+ pounds...and still growing!  He is EXTREMELY tall and long, his ears do NOT stand, his head is MASSIVE.  We suspect he is in fact NOT A PURE BOSTON TERRIER as his papers say or he is a DEFECT.

We paid $700 for him, and $300 for shipping.  $1000 invested in a "premium stud" that we can not USE!
