This guy got me, too. First for $3k which was made to look like a mail loss, and then another $5k for product that was never shipped. After six months, Jorge came back and asked us for more money, saying we owed him another several hundred dollars.

Jorge is known for poorly managing his money and for stealing from others.

Jorge Charles Brock Lopez has been getting away with it for a long time.

Good luck, I am working with the Peru Embassy here, they are so slow, but they are getting to it. Try the same where you are. Maybe the files willd each other in their system.
