I use HCG to help control diabetes. I was looking for a less expensive way to purchase and ran across the website bottled-hcg-diet.com, when I clicked on the link to purchase I was referred to google wallet for payment. Everything was stated correctly until I paid 61.99 for the hcg and the receipt showed the name Making You Healthy at 2370 Old Cedarwod in Concord, NC 28027. The product description for what I paid for came up for a 60-day supply of Treatment Regimen - Lan - a beauty cream. However, I doubt if I will get anything. I am on a fixed income and this has really tramatized me.

Andria - Its still on their Facebook Page

Hello Andria,
Yes by your name it is clear you're the person who commented on their facebook. I will make my response brief.
I've been a fan of these guys for a long, long time, so I get updates on my facebook page. I was amazed by your comment on there! It was unbelievably misguided. It wasn't deleted, and people were able to respond to you and it's still there now!
Talk about an amazing company, I would have deleted it if I was them.
I can only assume you received your package at this point from them, but I will briefly go over your concerns.
1) People sell their houses all the time. I think it's good they are giving you one of their owner's addresses for any questions! Much better than PO box like you normally find (though Bottled HCG also has one of those too, just ask them for that address if you prefer it instead)
2) You may just be completely misunderstanding what you purchased. Real HCG is considered a treatment for obesity
3) I find it amazing that you "supposedly" contacted the NC secretary of state and such about this company but didn't even bother to check their website for the company's registered name. It's under both their terms and conditions and privacy policy.
In America, there are things called "doing business as" or DBAs, every single HCG company has them.
Enjoy your successful weightloss with HCG Plus, I know I sure am!

Jharty, Really?

After all I have gone through to contact the supplier for Bottled HCG, I don't trust anything, or anyone associated with this company says.
The website has no customer service contact information. I found the address by using the online White Pages. In order to obtain the company's contact information, I contacted the Better Business Bureau in North Carolina, and the State Department for North Carolina; which resulted in no knowledge of this company. I then went on google earth to see the location. What resulted was a home for sale at that address.
I believe I did my best to contact this company - which I should have conducted this research before I ordered...a lesson learned.
My question to you, Jharty is why would customer service give you my personal order information? Who are you that you can read a post on facebook (which has been deleted); get so involved that you would contact customer service; persuade them to give you my personal order information; respond to me about the status of my order; and lecture me on consumerism.
Actually, you got more information about my order than I did. I never got an answer from the company regarding my concern (which is all I wanted). I did receive an email that indicated they sent my order out after I requested it to be cancelled through google wallet.
Further, if this company is legitimate, why would they list on my receipt Treatment Regimen - Lan. I did verify this on their website that it is listed as a beauty cream. Why the disguise? Please answer these questions, and if you provide sound answers, and pass on the company's contact information to me so I can talk with them about my account with them, I will make an apology.
Thank you for your concern.

I saw this on this website's facebook page from the same day you wrote this, I can only assume you did not even wait to, check your tracking information, or anything? I've had nothing but great experiences with this company, and many of my friends too!
What their customer service said:
"We actually answered your question immediately (within 5 minutes of you asking it) via email.
You also received an immediate tracking number for your order, and your package will arrive in only 2-3 days."
Did you even wait or look at the tracking they gave you? Unreal! Why would you try to harm a company's reputation due to a misunderstanding?
It's not like in the modern world you are actually "ripped off" by a company. Bottled HCG allow full refunds for over 30 days! You won't find that ANYWHERE else from my experiences with other fake homeopathic retailers.
