About the end of October, 2017, I received a book, "Bottom Line Yearbook 2018", which I'd not ordered.

The ship date on the invoice is 10/23/2017.

I've received the second 'reminder' notice for payment of $32.63 with a total balance given of $48.94 which I imagine is somw kind of 'late payment' assessment.

The best means to contact me is by E-mail. I don't answer phone calls listed as 'unidentified' or 'private'. If you phone me,  be sure your company identifier shows its caller ID.

I will be notifying this company to expect your inquiry.

Bottom Line Books I received BL Yearbook 11/20/2015. I did not order this. I returned the book unopened. I received a bill from them 12/07/2015. I emailed them this story. This is not the first time I have had this problem with them. Fraud Sending and billing for items not ordered Boone Iowa
