I know most people are going to read this post and naturally assume source grapes and landlord is most likely the victum.  I wish that was the case but unfortunately AL Lardo and his Son Jason "Closet" manipulate documents, lease agreements and only contact tenants after they think up a new scam on how to screw customers - if they view you and I as one. The building is so poorly insulated you can here multiple neighbors with the state of the art ventilation system the Lardos obviously didn't believe would come back and haunt them. 

There 2 gay bars within 15 feet of front door who pump techno until 5 am and the buildings shell/Windows offer no relief. 

I advise all possible tenants to stay away from buildingvCard and even further away from Jason Lardo and his proud Pappa AL Larfo.
