Box Clever: Money-grabbing/impudent/ black flag pirate/ Incompetent so-called "web design" company
Box Clever, it's a money-grabbing, black flag pirate, so-called "web design" company. They don’t do lots of basic things. Whenever my friend asked them to do certain things, they ineptly kept making dodgy excuses.
My friend's company was convinced then made a website and had subscribed their transaction/ marketing plan for a year. Not until recently, I had referred certain real web designers/ programmers to my friend who also met a few other business owners; all of them told us the same thing that the charges by Box Clever were totally outrageous and unreasonable. Because their charges on web maintenance/ hosting/ transaction plan are nearly triple of what my friend's company is paying now for another company.
Also, the website that they made to the recent standard: the price doesn’t match with quality.
If you want to withdraw from them, do need to expect all those back-and-forth games. It was nothing going smoothly.
For those business owners, there are other choices out in the market, just don't be afraid of asking someone whom you trust.

Why don't you people and the company learn how to be trustworthy and admitting faults? It's unbelievable that you could say the report was "mistakenly" stated. Well, that's really a duplicitous quibble. That's fine.

Shiver me timbers! We’re sorry to hear that ye friend has been hornswaggled by some nasty pirates. We at Box Clever are old salt web designers who give every site we build the old heave h*o to make sure the results are shipshape. Aye, our booty is full of expertly designed sites and not unhappy clients. Tell ye matey we hope the scallywags make right the errors in their ways.

However we think you may have the wrong company because as we have no current or past project that meets your description. We meet with each client many times through the course of each project and have very open communication. We charge fair market price for our services and clients are free to compare our pricing with other competitors before making any commitments to engage in business with us.
