I also signed up for the $39.95 service and then within the day requested a refund because I didn't need it, I was able to resolve my web issues without their service. They refused to honor it and did not ACTIVATE my userid either, same as others have indicated. I filed a claim with Paypal and again it got rejected. I'm going to follow up with BBB and others and contact Paypal, because I've been completely ripped off with this and they should not be in business.

Difficult refund

They may not be a "ripoff", but they are way too difficult in returning your money and they are unprofessional when attempting communication. Overall, I will still say ripoff because they do not handle CUSTOMER SERVICE at all!! I would never think to do business with them now and will always remember the difficult time I had with them. Luckily, bank as always came through and I got my refund!

I too had trouble signing up and getting account access. Trying to get a refund from this company is like trying to get a chicken nugget from an alligator.  Something got jumbled up in the signup process, and getting them to fix it was like pulling teeth. Sage and I went round and round for days.

 

That being said, once it was sorted out, and I got access to the file library... I couldnt be happier.

This site is a total candy store for any professional webdeveloper worth his/her salt.

 

With some time, skills, and an imagination... theres no reason why you shouldnt make obscene fistfuls of cash.

 

Difficult in the beginning: Sometimes.  Ripoff? Totally not.
