Boyan Josic ripped me off for rent and stole property from the house I rented him in excess of $15,000. I have a judgement against him with the 52nd district court in Michigan. I know of two other people he has ripped off for sizable amounts in this area as well.

Unfortunately, Boyan Emmanuel Josic or Boyan Josic is a narcissistic, manipulative, lying, selfish con-artist who will stop at nothing to achieve his end goal. All posts are 100% accurate. Beware or you will be burned. He owes his family, business owners, past relationships, landlords, friends, the IRS, medical offices, and acquaintances anywhere from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of dollars.

He has zero plans to ever pay back his debts. Do not trust this individual. These posts don't lie. He will hold zero responsibilities for his actions. He will flee the country & revoke any accountability for his mistakes. He is unstable & should not be dealt with alone. BEWARE!
