Brad Sugars Action International, Richard Bernstein Action International, Fraudulent Frainchise Offerings Con artists filing false misleading informaton in franchise offering Las Vegas Nevada

Action International has had to return over a million dollars to franchisee's in the past for misleading false information. Each and every single one has only recieved a fraction of their investment back and forced to sign a letter of confidentiality to get this. Action lists these franchises as either transfered or sold in their offering. This is misleading and untruthful.

They have also in the past published false information on the background of key executives. Brad Sugars was forced to remove information claiming that Mr. Bernstein previously owned a company that had 50 sales people and did millions of dollars in sales from the internet and their UFOC. Later after the IRS caught up with Bernstein at Action for back taxes he evaded they now have to say he doesn't work for the company at all.

A little investigative work will show Brad Sugars alleged partner Richard Bernstein has two recent IRS liens filed with the Clark County's Recorders office in Nevada totaling over $200.000.00.
