Hi.

I pay rentals by check. It was a box in Apt office for overnight check drops.

They suddenly closed this box and force everybody to pay rent online.

I don't want use online service. You have to be in person to drop check in office.

But I am working and cannot come to office daytime, then I got late fee 10%

of rent as they told by VA law. VA do not enforce late fee charfges as Google stated.

So now I have to pay for their delay which was imposed by closing dropbox.

I want them refund me this fee which I have to pay to avoid fee accumulation.

It is $129 10% of rent $1300.
