Bradford Exchange Cashed my check, did not send product. Niles Illinois

Ordered two bracelets on 10-26-14, enclosing check for full amount plus S&H. Bank statement shows check was cashed by Bradford but I never received the product. I did receive a notice (after they obtained my money) asking for payment for the bracelet. The notice spoke only of one bracelet instead of the two I ordered.
I sent a reply along with a bank copy of my check which they received and cashed and have not yet received the product for which I have paid.
Contact with their customer service gave me a person to talk to and explain my predicament, but she then switched me to a machine recording which gave me no satisfaction at all.

I finally canceled my order. Trying to get remedy from Bradford entailed a phone wait of 36 minutes and then she kept repeating eroneous information for which I had to correct her numerous times. She "oopsed" several times. When I got fed up with it we ended up canceling the order. The crowning point was when she stated that they had taken the money for the two bracelets and put it toward one bracelet. She said this as if it were a perfectly normal thing to do.
She got upset when she stated they would refund my money and I demanded a time for return but she finally stated they send out refunds only on Thursdays. That means a wait until Dec. 18th which means they have a built in alibi claiming Christmas mail delay
The upshot is they delay from start to finish. They are quick and efficient at sending demands for "payment" and cashing checks, but their business and policy delays take over in responding with the product and refunds.
