This site is apart of vivid entertainment and will kick you off after a few days and you will not be able to log in again. For customer service it directs you to the vivid.com site which is HORRIBLE. They make you issue a "ticket" that never gets answered and they never show you as a member of their site. I have an email confirmation from epoch.com who they use to collect pay.
This site is run like a scam. They collect your money, you can log in for a day or two then you're kicked out and they will not help you. The Vivid.com site is basically a con and is a backdoor to all their other sites that lead you back to the vivid.com site. I'm pissed off and will never join anything from Vivid again.
