Brandon Schmidt, Broker, Re/Max Chay Realty Inc., Brokerage - Realtor Is Very Unprofessional and Unethical . Worst experience ever!!!! Buyer BEWARE. They had a slick sales pitch over the phone but did not make right on any of their promises. I’ve bought or sold over a dozen properties in the last 25 years and never have I dealt with such a money - centered and incompetent realtor as Brandon Schmidt. Every move was to close the deal and collect commission at the cost of their fiduciary duty to me as the seller. Here are some examples of his conduct : Wanting me to sign off on condition before I had loan approval and not relaying my requests inspections. This idiot should not be selling real estate . Beware and stay away.
