Purchased a large display LED clock for one of our facilities. Received the clock shipped via UPS normal ground. My fault for not double checking the weight of the product. Assumed it was heavy. Shipping was $61.00. After receiving the package I researched with UPS and discovered it should not have been more than $14.00. The product was very light and hardly oversized. UPS determines cost by the dimensions of the package. Product did not come with instruction manual. Called customer service and was given the run around about the shipping cost. When I asked about the instruction manual was told someone would have to get back to me. When I asked for a supervisor I was placed on hold for more than 30 minutes - no exaggeration - and then hung up on without warning.
Needless to say, I am also complaining to the BBB
