I responded to a TV commercial promoting a Singer Laser Storm vaccum cleaner. The amount of money paid was $313.70. I tried to contact the company by phone calls, E-Mail, I even left a message on their ordering machine. It has been seven months from August 6. 2005 to March 8, 2006.
