Let it be known that Former Francesco's owners have set up shop in our town again. The new place looks much more fancy, they were probably able to afford so many extras because when they left town last year they stole many employees hard earned money.
That's right. I used to work there and whenever I run into someone else I used to work with they say the same thing, that they didn't get the money owed to them either. It was hard news to break to my family I wonder how hard it was for the others.
There are plenty of horrors I have wittnessed at this place but I cannot share them here. Let me just say I wouldn't wish their food on my worst enemy.
The area is FULL of delicious and trust worthy pizza places, please choose ANY one of them over this one. These guys maintain the illusion of quality by charging the customer more than their competitors. Don't be fooled.

Brazzi Pizza

My husband and I have eaten at Brazzi's 4 times since they opened. I may have eaten at Franceso's once or twice;evidently I wasn't terribly impressed because it wasn't a place that we frequented. The first time at Brazzi, we went we ordered the "Rustico" pizza, and I have to say it was the best pizza I've ever had. The next time we went we again ordered pizza, and chose our own toppings. It was very good, but not as good as the first time we came. They also brought out these garlic knots, in a bread basket that were delicious. The third time we ordered the Rustico again, and got a Fusion Salad (i think that is what it was called), and shared it...it was excellent. The last time we went, we took a guest that was visiting from PA, and we ordered the Rustico again. We got the whole wheat crust (which we did on a previous visit), I didn't like it as much the second time...it may have been a little under cooked, or chewy. But I would still consider it above average. We shared a "family" salad, which was your typical tossed salad, it was good. My husband and I eat out 6-8 times a month. We frequent La Sorrelle, Mangiones, the Mexican place on 72, Tiki Taco, Tuckers, The Chegg, The Greenhouse, ScoJo's (the island and Tuckerton), Tuckerton Grill...to name a few. We travel often to Philly and the Poconos several times a year, Florida and internationally once a year. Another words, we eat out a lot. I'm not real sure what the previous person has against Brazzi's, I gather it has something to do with a percieved wrong as an employee. I guess his review is good if you are looking to work there. But it really has nothing to do with the food. The person that, in turn, responded to the original report, also seems to be somewhat emotionally involved...again little to do with the food. I just wanted to put in my two unbiased cents, about the food. On a scale of 1-10, the service is a 8-9, as well as the food. We have added Brazzi to our list of favorite places to eat out.

I can't see anyone posting such a thing and not have a vested interest in the place. The fact is everything I said was true and I am not a coward for coming forward to say it. I have already recieved countless emails from good people who are supportive in the community.

YOU MUST BE CRAZY! I have recently went to Brazzi of Manahawkin, and ALL I CAN SAY IS YOU ARE A HATER AND A COWARD!!!!! The FOOD is amazing, and the restaurant is OUT OF YOUR LEAGUE! So don't blame a restaurant for not getting paid, blame yourself- HATER. Its too bad for you that you will never have the opportunity to work at a place like this- because they are busy already!!
