The cops were sent to grab Brenda after she made threats to a subcontract who spoke out of her activities and then wanted to get paid. She dodged the police again. What a spin master. Its always someone else but Brenda Gilbert the con artist and fly by night operator. Like the slug woman depicted in the cartoon that look exactly like her she slimes away. Her character must have been a stereo type the cartoonist depicted.

Darin Hughes is to scared to speak up and Brenda knows it. Brenda studies weakness and constantly looks for opportunity. Here is where it all begins. John Scott is retired, Darin is an empty suit and John son simply doesn't know. That leaves Brenda at the helm. Here is how her fraud works. The intial is to scan for weakness and move on it. In the case of the ITC client Michael Ching he is too scared of negative publicity after finally fending off extradiction and process from China to which I don't hold alot of merit China seems to say anyone evading communist rule with money is a criminal and should die. While Michael looks to make a new positive life in Canada negative publicity would be the last thing he would want and she knows it using it to extort Michael to her fullest. Michael desperate to survive offer to help her get more and more clients hoping to in turn get his own project done in a timely manor and with a industry level of quality at a reasonable market price. With her he loses on all accounts and I will explain how and why. Now this is only client number one. There are several. To JV Driver and Scott she shows maxium profits with a backdoor technique. Using fixed or low mark up on the project she looks cheaper but when you look at the end cost, the lost opportunity cost to the client, the increased carrying charges, the greatly increase cost to build since the trades won't work for Scott while this is taking place the unqualified but easy to manipulate supervision and the two or three to one turn over of the same product by competitors you will see how she buries her clients.

Firstly the trades talk so with her working there they can't get anyone to bid while other get a full compelment. Its always stated by her that is it booming and they can;t find people simply not the case. Where she makes the profit is to hire super unqualified staff that do as directed. Because they don't know the timelines are much longer, because theyare unqualified their wages are much lower so her mark up is dramatically more> when they can't do the job she states its a labour shortage so she needs more staff increasing her profits again. WHen they screw up she projects it on other saying they must pay more increasing the payments to the clients again. By holding jobs in holding patterns everywhere it looks like they have tons of work which offers more unsuspecting clients in to fall for her trap. When anyone speaks out against her she automatically get them fired from Scott if they are a sub she tries to drive them out of business increasing the cost to the owner once again. Citing she needs more staff. Like a n**i regieme the people subs and clients are all under her thumb operating on fear. My advice don't be afraid cut ties or drive her into the ground she is in my opinion complete scum and seeing her out of the business or behind bars would bring me some peace.
