this report was obviously posted to defame the named party in current legal action and the original poster is most likely one of the accused by the state of ca in legal action by the state of ca against goodrich corporation in suisun city, ca. the employer was served notice of the state's intent to investigate the company on claims of disability discriminination. please contact the ca dept of fair employment and housing at 1515 clay st. ste. 701, oakland, ca 94612-2512 for more information
