I purchased an email marketing program from Brendan Mace via WarriorPlus.com. I never recieved a reciept. However, after logging into Warrior Plus Dashboard and clicking on the access your purchase button I was taken to the Email2Profits dashboard at https://incansoft.com/Email2Profits/ 

Inside the dashboard his partner or affiliate, Diego Hernando, gives a very brief how-to video on using the program. The next step was setting up a Google Search API, which I have done myself dozens of times before. Diego even provides a simple how-to, YouTube video on setting up the API within the Google Search console.

After obtaining my API and putting in my account info, it still didn't work and I was getting an error saying that I need to provide the API. I even tried several times, with other options from Google and it still didn't work.

After contacting support and waiting 3 days, with no response, I sent a second email.  I finally recieved a response from Brendan Mace's 'support' team, from a Gmail address of all things - brendanmacedesk@gmail.com

They had the nerve to tell me that I am only 1 of 100,000 customers. I understand that, however, I purchased a product with the expectations of it working.

Unfortunately, after taking a second look at the complaints on the YouTube video [ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LF55ctq13hw&t=1s ] explaining how to set up the API, I am not the only one that got burned.

After a getting another email from support they asked for my transaction ID, something that I can't provide because I didn't get a reciept.

If you look at Brendan Mace's profile inside WarriorPlus.com, you can see a whole list of products that had not received more than a 3 star review.

This guy made over $20,000 at the time of this writing, just on the Email2Profits program alone. Obviously, there are fees involve with using Warrior Plus, but I'm sure with all the products combined he could afford a decent support time. Not a free Gmail account.

Luckily, I only paid $11 and change for this garbage product, but from reading other complaints, others weren't so lucky getting suckered into upsells and upgrades.

Brendan Mace is a smoothe talker. Don't get suckered into his B.S.
