Mason came to rent my home in July 2014, gave me 3000$ which I then put into electrical. He has been living in my home, slowly destroying it so he can heat the place, without paying any rent at all. Because I gave him an option for rent to own I cannot get help from the Rentalsman. He seemed like a good guy at first but it turns out he is a bottom feeding lowlife professional renter. Now I cant get him out. I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT DOING BUSINESS IN ANY WAY WITH THIS SCUMBAG. he also manages a mrsgrocery.com franchise so BEWARE!!
