Bretz's RV Dealer, Heritage rip off with expended warranty on our rv missoula, Montana

we purchased 2002 rv from bretz's rv dealer in missoula, montana in may. 2004. they offered and we purchased extented warranty thru heritage for 4, 997.00.
we made our first claim in february, 2009. company doing work on rv called and got approval for work done as contract instructed. work was done and we paid deducible and contract stated.
to date, hertiage has not paid remainder of bill. calls have been made by repairman and by us to no avail. looks like a very bid rip off. where do we go from here for help?
