Mobilessmart ripoff, took my money and never sent the mobile i purchased Zaragoza Spain Internet

I went to mobilessmart.com to purchase the nokia 6680. I found mobilessmart.com from google and they recommended as a seller up top before results came up. I checked out the site and made sure it was legit.

Everything on the site was looking legit, i couldnt really spot anything until i puchased the phone. The account to send the money is as follows:

I sent an email asking about this and they said they sometimes change bank accounts. I also kept asking about the charger if it would suit Australian power outlets and they never told me about it and i also asked how long it would take to ship and they never answer that either. I looked up on the first bank and it looked legit, it was only after i paid, the bank account changed. I also looked at forums and they said it was a scam, this is the information i was given about the scammer:

I would like to get my money back as i spent $368 Australian dollars and since my income is small, its a fair bit to spend and id like to use it to actually purchase a phone not get nothing for it. I hope he gets whats coming to him.
