Teleten Marketing AKA Precise Marketing RIPOFF, Fraud, Breach of Contract, Teleten Strikes Again !! Los Angeles, California

I am a professional Realtor/Loan Officer who unfortunately paid Teleten Marketing $1,500 in advance for 50-Exclusive Application & 8-Conference Connects of Mortgage Refinance Leads.

The sales representative (Sean Price) promised us 4-5 leads per day, and From December 10, 2004 to March 10, 2005 we only received 11 leads from Teleten which were completely bogus. After numerous faxes and letters to Teleten, requesting some resolution to the problem I recieved no response or leads.

Everything just stopped.

I finally had to do what was necessary and filed complaints with The Federal Trade Comission, The California Department Of Consumer Affairs, The Better Business Bureau, and with Bill Lockyer the Attorney General Of California. I gave Teleten another month to reply to my request for a refund and received no response again.

I have filed a Small Claims Lawsuit against (David Buddan DBA Teleten Marketing) in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Unfortunately It seems I am not the only one who has been Ripped Off by this BoilerRoom Operation.

I will glady join a Class Action Lawsuit!
