Brian Kane Gotham Forest Products Beware of this con artist contractor Brooklyn, New York

This is what i know - Brian Kane scammed the following persons our of $:

-Brian Kane was hired by a building management company to renovate a Super's apt.  This Super had been living in a roach and mice infested basement for 6 months waiting for this apt to come available and he now just had to wait for it to be renovated.  Brian Kane collected $4000 from the management company, knock in a wall and disappeared.  The Super was left to live in the basement indefinitely, out of humanity, my boyfriend stepped in a hired another contractor to renovate the apt so the Super could leave the basement and move into a decent living space.

-A customer of my store saw that we were listed as a client on the Gotham Forest Products website and hired Brian Kane.  She was ripped off - i don't know the amount but at least $1,000.  I have since gotten our name as a client removed from the GFP website.  My employee unfortunately did not take down detail when the customer came in to our store to tell us about what happened, so i don't know how to get more info on this issue.

-An associate of our friend (A. Solomon) hired Brian Kane, and i heard this associate was ripped off for $10,000.

I am sure there are many more people that he has stolen from and scammed.  He is very good at it.

No one has been able to collect or stop Brian Kane.  I hired a collection agent when my boyfriend helped out, but Brian was able to tell so many lies to the agent, that he started to get confused and gave up.

The best we can do it post this kind of info, so hopefully when prospective clients go to visit the GFP website, they will see the Rip-off Report.

I'm not sure that I know who you are, so I must be #4 on the Gotham Forest products hit list. They are scammers.
