We have repeatedly asked Brian Martin to pay for our comedy club losses which are due to his singing birds show that he orchestrates. He took over a restaurant location across the street in Lima Peru and brought in performers which would have their birds or animals sing. Our customers would stop showing up, and the noise to me was horrible, but the noise of the crowds who would watch these stupid birds was worse and yet Brian never felt responsible to pay us for the loss we incurred due to his singing animals show.  Brian’s shows will hurt other businesses because the kids who watch these shows are too loud.
