Brian Whatley the owner of proper contracting and their contracting salespeople are common thieves. He owns proper contracting, the company that took my home remodeling deposit and never showed up to do the work. we work very hard for our money. we never received a callback, after leaving dozens of messages, no contractors ever showed up and I've heard every excuse in the book for over six months.  I am now in the process of pursuing legal action against this company. Come to find out after speaking with my attorney, other people are filing suit. everytime a negative review gets posted online they get blocked or make it at fault of the customer. do some research and look through they google reviews.

most of the reviews online are fake and left by their employees. It seems like they just take your money and move onto the next victim.

Brian whatley and proper contracting are nothing but a sham of a company, not willing to take responsibility for work they have promised. We have been blocked on social media and our reviews were removed as soon as we posted them.

I hope everyone sees this so that they cant prey no more on us hard-working Americans.
