In June 2008 I ordered his product called "Windfall Profits" which was to be a advertising system for financial advisors. I never received the product or a refund, despite many emails and telephone calls demanding same.
I have since filed a small claims suit and was awarded a default judgment against Brian Williams dba kb Williams Marketing Group. As of this writing, Williams has not responded nor paid the judgment.

The Superior Court of Contra Costa has issued an Order to Appear for Enforcement of Judgment, which was served on Brian Williams in November. He is to appear at the court on 1/15/2010 at 10:30am, division 59.
If you ordered from Brian Williams dba kb Williams Marketing Group, I encourage you to take action. At the very least, file fraud complaints with the California Attorney General at doj.ca.gov and the Internet Crime Complaint Center at complaint.ic3.gov
