Brick Train Shop STOLE $100 from my son by refusing to issue a refund or reply to an email SAN JACINTO, California

I ordered what I thought were 2 lego sets from the website for my son for Christmas.  Shipping charges were around $18 so I guessed for sure I was getting the lego sets.  I received 2 manuals for the sets we thought we were purchasing. 

I tried to call about getting a refund and received a message saying they only were taking emails due to the busy holiday season.  I went on the website and found their "easy return policy" and followed their instructions, including sending them their email to say I was returning the items and to ask about the excessive shipping charges, which I was informed would be refunded to me. 

I sent the items back, priority mail, with delivery confirmation.  Sent out another email asking about my refund, received a reply back saying my package was never received and did I have any proof which I DID have!  I sent the delivery information back to Susan P, and have yet to receive anything back, an email reply or my money back!

I will now send a reply to them each and every week until I hear SOMETHING from them!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE IT IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!!
