Gil Puentes sold me telephone service at our NJ office, it was horrible!

He never returned our calls for help when the telephones didn't work.
He promised us things that never happened.

When we asked for credit because the phones were down so much, he threatened to have our phones shut off if we didn't pay the full amount.

I found out later that he over charged us for our Internet connection too!
