The Briggs and Stratton PA Region Sales for Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredder company was contacted more than a year ago regarding the problem with my Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredder. A Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredder with a Briggs and Stratton engine that never ran properly from day one. The machine went in for several services.
In one of these the Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredder company dealer, conned me out of money and failed to fix the problem. In another, the Briggs and Stratton authorized service facility failed to solve the problem. The Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredder with Briggs and Stratton engine failed to work 3 times. It never did work and still doesn't work. I didn't get the new machine I paid for.
The Briggs and Stratton sales contact for Mackissic spoke with the Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredder company regarding this issue. Briggs and Stratton did nothing to resolve this problem for me.

When I brought the issue of the dealer totally ripping me off to Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredder company, they did nothing to resolve that total waste of my time and nothing to make up for the funds that were stolen from me by the Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredder company dealer. You seem to have aligned yourself with 'the corporate way', 'not doing the right thing'.
There are plenty of companies that can in fact see a problem they have caused, and do in fact go way above and beyond in making the problem right, even outside of their corporate scope.
I'm working with 2 right now.
You don't see them on Ripoff Report.
Great to work with.
..and they even get satisfaction from fixing the problems.
One has even generated a new design from the problem and shipped the modification to me.
Fantastic companies.
There are companies, and there are companies.
