I was contacted by email by Robin Proctor stating I have failed to pay a loan back and threatening me. What scares me is they have my email, birthday and social security number. Threatening damage to my credit report if I don't pay them. I know it's a scam. Just hope this helps someone else. Robin Proctor is her name. Contacting me through Biggs Law Firm. Thanks
