my daughter recieved a letter stating she haad won 39,000.00 she was selected at random from the readers digust and publishers clearing house database.they gave her three options. them deduct 3150.00,for fees and taxes.they sent a check for 4850.00 to help with the fees and taxes .they also said after she called and activated her account and told them which option she had picked .they would send her the rest of the 34150.00 .have you had any complaints!

Do absolutely nothing with this offer!!!! It is a SCAM!!!!
If you received offer by mail report it to the fraud division od the U.S. Postal Service---1-877-876-2455 (press 3) or www.postalinspectors.uspis.gov also report to your Attorney General's office fraud division.
This is the only way we can make a dent in these SCAMS!
