He misrepresented many people from the public by scamming thousands of thousands of dollars from hundreds of people.  Didn't think he would be doing anything with the public again.  He is a scammer, misrepresented himself, may have commited fraud, you need to do homework and check out everything with the DRE, Sonoma Court house records. Be cautious.  Don't let him reel you in and make promises he can't keep.  Records indicate, fraud plus many more items.
