Around mid-April I was lured by an ad on the internet to try out a free sample of legal hemp based cannabinoid oil.  The company would only bill me for shipping charges of around $6.00.

The free sample was never delivered to my address in Cumming, GA.  And yet the company on June 6, 2017 billed me $69.95 for a product that I never ordered.
