at higher prices than what it actuall costs retail on ebay online,therefore and clearly there is shill bidding and corruption going on . I don't mean to be rude but the wholesale price of this Item no 79217173 phone is already way too high at 400usd each as they are being sold on ebay for 420usd brand new after 7%comission of ebay&paypal the selling price is 390 which includes profit so no doubt that kind of develops a sense of distrust and brings about suspcious activity here. I mean you figure and this auction has 2 days to go with the whole sale price being over the retail price ,so it kind of makes you think wether shill bidding is envolved here,as there is no transparency in the actual bidding.I demand an investigation into Brightpoint. Brightpoint is a Nokia independent contractor.Regardless of the size of a company corruption is always at bay on ebay.
Clearly this phone's wholesale price is 10% more than what it retails for on ebay,how do you figure that?You do the math.Even a comparable famous online retail store such as http://www.cti-miami.com/ and www.plemix.com will be cheaper who literally are the bigest names in the cell phone business.
Another cocmission based ripp off corrupt company helping another corrupt company.Do not buy or bid on any phones from these guys they are hyped up prices.

I agree with the statement made about Brightpoint Inc. surging the prices for unlocked phones on the Ebay Reseller network. Often the "wholesale" prices exceed the normal retail price. However, Brightpoints direct competitor Brightstar Corp. is not any better. They are authorized distributors for Verizon Wireless and their prices are equivalent to the retail prices that are found in Verizon Wireless stores. It seems as though the only people making money in this business are the carriers, manufacturers and the distributors.
