 Do not do business with this company. They are very unscrupulous and do not stick to there word or promises. They advertise unlimited customer service but this is not true. Each time I've called to get help I never spoke to anyone always had to leave a message with an answering service. I requested a refund, they stated no refunds. I submitted a dispute to my bank for charge back, then Patrick Brunelle told me verbally on a recorded call that cancelling the chargeback would be the fastest way to get a refund. Guess what? I cancelled now they are refusing my refund. They say it's because the dispute is still showing as under review. I called their merchant Papal who stated the funds are not nor never have been on hold, and that BD can issue a refund at any time. My bank tells me that after they cancel a dispute they no longer reach out to the merchant bank. This has all been a big stall by BD. If you would like a copy of the recorded phone call with Patrick Brunelle or copies of the emails going back and forth with BD trying to get help setting up, please inbox me or send request to virtualsourcers at gmail .com another thing to be aware of when dealing with them, they give you a few credits to lure you in. What are credits? Well under all the hype of unlimited customer service are fees, yes fees. After you've used the few credits that they give you. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR ALL THAT UNLIMITED CUSTOMER service that they brag about and it's not cheap. 50-100 for 30 minutes depending on what you need. Use this company with caution. I have proof of everything I've said. Let me know if you would like a copy. Buyer be ware!!!!!

Brilliant Directories proved me wrong

 I must admit that even though I had a questionable experience with Brilliant Directories, this company does care about there customers well being after all. I was totally impressed when Jason, the owner, called me personally to offer a resolution to my issues. It seems that there was a lack of communication during my initial experience that led me to believe that Brilliant was never concerned about what they were providing or if I was a satisfied customer or not. Turns out that Brilliant has been very forth coming in their services but my perception of what I could do with the platform was never compatible with my project. I'm not the person who can never admit when I'm wrong and I was wrong this time. I apologize for any misperception that my review may have caused. If you are in need of a directory listing platform, I have to admit that Brilliant is the best I found out there, that's why I went with them in the first place. Before my prior reviews, everything I read about them was positive. Thanks so much for reaching out to me Jason.

Again I was told that the quickest way for my refund would be to cancel. Brilliant did indicate that they didn't know how long it would take for the cancellation to show on there end but once it did,I would be refunded. I still have not received any return and what makes it so bad is that now that I've cancelled the dispute, it can't be reopened nor can I file another dispute for the same transaction. So now I'm stuck without 1,197.00 or a brilliant directories account. They suspended it the day they found out about the dispute. Something tells me that Brilliant Directories knew exactly what they were doing when they told me to cancel the dispute. Furthermore, I called PayPal again today and was told that Brilliant Directoris is aware that they can reimburse my money. The funds are available and PayPal has a copy of the dispute cancellation on file. Also, PayPal states that once Brilliant Directories reimburses me, the account will show as closed so it shouldn't be a big deal. This company is stalling in their opinion. I challange you to visit Brilliant Directories and see for yourself unless they've changed the wording. I have a screens shot of it to present to my attorney just in case. I will die before I let this go. I will also be reporting this and all documents to my attorney as well as the local news consumer advocates to be shared with the community to avoid this company. I've already filed a police report and will continue at any cost to get my money back no matter how much it takes
