Bristol Farms - Tont McAndrews and Adam Caldecott, Harassed and Threatened Me As I Was Physically Hurt During Work Los Angeles California

The short version is I was hurt on the job at BRISTOL FARMS in Beverly Hills, Tony McAndrews store manager refused to provide medical care which by law I am allowed to have. I was harassed and threatened by corporate people at the main office. I was overworked and doing a three-man job by myself because Tony refused to get me to help. Adam is the VP of the company and also harassed me and denied me medical care. I hired Colleen Pratt as the attorney and she did not do her job, so I fired her and she still stole her fee from the Insurance company. I settled my case myself but I was robbed financially because Zenith did everything to block me and not allow me to see a doctor. Zenith Insurance works for Bristol Farms. They are extremely corrupt.

I was fuc*** over by everyone including my attorney I hired. After screaming at that stupid idiot Colleen hired to do the negotiations which I never asked her to speak for me about the money I was screwed over a lousy 15,000 and Colleen stole her fee after I fired her. I didn't know "APPEAL JUDGES EXIST" that will hear your case if you are being financially screwed over. Adam refused to speak with me and I was lied to and cheated by everyone.

Colleen gave my personal information to Mirella Flores who was committing and busted for Fraud with Major Salvador Franco they were charged with over 30 counts of embezzlement but never went to prison. For all, I suffered from sexual harassment - harassment - mental cruelty - physical abuse - emotional stress and strain, and fuc*** over by everyone involved don't let this happen to you.
