The first time they denied payment I received notice after the policy had expired. I had to reinstate the policy with a higher premium. Now I use the internet to make payments directly through there site. They say that payment was not on time and that there was insufficient funds. I notified my bank they deny the accusation and are sending a letter verifying availability of funds and requesting withdrawal of NSF charge of $20.00. Currently seeking a new provider!
