Broadway square apts they are accusing me of false accusation. trying to evict me for things i have no control over after they accepted my rent money and also gave me 24 hours to vacate houston Texas

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
they have made false accusation. Given me a 24 hour vacate notice without even giving me a warning. I have been falsly accused of doing illegal activity. They have already excepted my rent money. No one ever brought to my attention that the first time something happens u have 24 hours to vacate. I feel they are been unreasonable and very unprofessional.

What is the "illegal activity" they accusing you? How does it come about to the accusation? Also, have you read the contract you signed? Look for termination clauses or policies and you may see the reason and time length of eviction. They do not obligate to point it out to you when you sign a contract, but on the other hand, you are supposed to read it before you sign.
