I have written several times about Mr.Margott only to find out that it was in fact not his company that was doing all of these things to the customers in Arizona. After more careful and complete investigation into these things I was made aware that it was Ken Montoya and Kristin Wold of Discount Blinds and Shutters. I later found out and understood that Mr. Montoya purchased shutters from Mr.Margott and he was not paying Mr.Margott so there fore Mr.Margott would not deliver shutters to Mr.Montoya.

I am sorry for the slander and persecution I have put on the Margotts and I wish them and there future customers the best.

I did look into all the goverment agencies that Mr.Margott posted in his reply only to find out that he was in fact correct. There is no legal items with any of those agencies. Once again, Sorry :(.

My name is Henry of Camarillo, Ca. I first contacted The Blind and Shutter Pros via a ad that my wife and I had seen in a local magazine. We decided we would have this company come to our home and give us an estimate for our window coverings and also to show us what they had to offer. Days after the estimate my son in law suggest that I do my research on this company prior to entering into a order with them as it was a large purchase.

By his advice we used Goggle and typed in there company name and found that there was one complaint against this company and it was by a unknown individual who left only a first name. This complaint from 2006 did make us a bit more leary so we contacted 5 of there last customers to have a conversation with these homeowners and to seek there true and clear opinion.

After talking with each of them we were very pleased to see that all of these consumers had a truly great experience with The Blind and Shutter Pro's. So we decided to place our order with them. After 1 week we decided we would like to go to there factory and see how our shutters were made and the owner took us to the factory where we watched our shutters actually being built right in front of us.

WOW what an impressive operation, we were very happy to see how the quality they assured us was truly built into every order, just as they had promised. For my wife and I we would do it all over again, as our shutters were put in the windows and fully completed with in the 3 weeks promised to us. We gladly paid our bill and told them to contact some of our friends and we passed on 2 different phone numbers to them.

I wrote this letter as I have found that not everything you hear bad is always one sided and there is always 2 sides in every story. I hope this will help in the future for all of those who may be unsure just as my wife and I once were.
