I ordered WoW gold from this company on a new server. I was not surprised to be told upon contacting them via the livechat interface that they were currently out of stock and my order would be delivered when stock became available.

I was surprised when after 3 weeks my patience wore thin and when I asked for a refund they said they had delivered my order "some time ago"

Needless to say this is totally untrue.

I filed a dispute with PayPal and they sent me an email (NOT thru paypal!) asking me to please cancel my dispute and that they'd resend the gold.

Fool me once, Shame on you. I ain't going to fall for this second part of the scam.
