Mr. Sanders posted an add in Craigslist

I purchased $1,500 worth of furniture form Mr. Sanders on 06/28/10 for $1500 of which I provided him a deposit of $500. The furniture included
a complete King Size Bedroom Set, Mattress, 2 Night Sands, Chess, Dresser
a sofa bed with love seat
a dining room set
On July 5th, we went to pickup the furniture (he never confirmed the dates so we ended-up going there)....when we arrived we learned from his wife that he sold the bedroom set. We asked to speak to him but she informed us that he worked all "night long" which happened to be Sunday, July 4th and he was sleeping. She took the information down and we told her that we needed the money ASAP because we need the money to buy a bedroom set.
12 hours later - Mr. Sanders has not called us. He is a total scam artist that preys on honest and respectable people.

It's unfortunate you didn't see that this guy was a scam before giving him money. What his mail-order-bride really meant when she said he "worked all night", was that he was passed out drunk again. This guy is a raging alcoholic, and probably in rehab again right now. Contact the local authorities asap. There is a detective Robinson with the Tampa PD that has been investigating Sanders for a long time. I'm sure he'd love to jump right on this scam.
