I do not know how many times they have overcharged but a few weeks ago I was charged $9.90 over what was marked (barcoded) on 2 packages of ribeyes.I got the refund & watched closely next few trips
Got home today and discovered I was over charged $1.58 on 2 packages of sirloin strip steaks.
I am wondering if this is being done on purpose, since I heard them say that a few people had been overcharged the day I took the ribeyes & receipt to them, and it is still happening.

I don't know how the store you mentioned handled the complaint, but i was checking to see if they did fix what was wrong. I know at our store some people have difficultly understanding that they must use their thank you card to get their discount on the ad items. I am not sure if this is what happened, but I know that my store manager bends over backwards to make sure everyone goes home happy. I hope that they took care of you up there.
