I let this person move  into my place as a room mate for a while.. then he brought two big dogs when he said he only had one big and one small.  It became a nuisance with the barking dogs and  he refused to pay a dog deposit and refused to leave.  I gave him a lot of notice to find a place. He called the sherrif on me and said I was trying to get him to move when he was supposed to stay longer..  then he agreed to move by 5-10-10 but instead on that day he served me with a  civil restraining order in my own apt.so I would let him stay in my place for free and don't bother him.  He is very bold and sure of himself because he says the law is on his side.  I just saw this rip off report about him and am appalled at the stuff he has done to people  incuding me.  I can't explain the many problems this has caused me now I have to go to court because he will not leave my place. Now he is living free ! His area smells so bad because his dogs are not clean and he is very nasty.  He also brings his four year old son on the weekend and the kid needs a better life than he is giving him. The kid he also complained to me and his dad about the smelly dogs and broquard did nothing about it. I told the kid to ask his mother to help broquard wash the dogs.

I am so sorry to read about all this stuff has done to people.  I hope this helps.
