I ordered a Neurotrek for $795 plus shipping. Bruce Gelerter said it would be sent to me within a week. Three weeks later, he said it still hadn't come in for him to ship to me. Four weeks later, he said he would check and get back to me. Five weeks later, he has disappeared completely (phone disconnected, e-mail undeliverable) although Wellness Tools is still on-line.
