Bruce Piazza Rude, Disrespectful, Unwilling To Help

I wish I could say more about Bruce Piazza then I have to say about him. At first I was excited to be working with the business (Leadsplus) and I woke up earlier than required to hit the calls that he wanted. I worked for 5 hours plus on the first day that I started working for him and I started noticing something peculiar about the dialer.

Within 10-15 minutes of some leads, my dialer would call that exact same lead I had just called 10-15 minutes ago. So, I went to a different county that I was assigned to call, and the same thing kept happening. So I toughed through it, got a few leads (woo go me) transferred the leads to my representative (which was not Bruce, so nothing against him, this is strictly all about Bruce Piazza) and I didn't hear anything else about my lead today.

So, I e-mailed Bruce about the system with the dialer, then I didn't hear back from him until the next day before I started working this morning. He had just asked what counties I was calling (which he should know since he is the one who assigned me to the counties, idiot). Then I hear nothing about the business or my dialer.

I log onto the dialer this morning and the first lead that it has me call is a lead that I had called 5 times yesterday on the dialer. The number had me going straight to voicemail, probably because the person who owned the number blocked it. Which in regards I do not blame them at all, if that number called me five times the day before I would have blocked it too.

So my friend e-mailed him (because we were both working together in the system ) and Bruce Piazza answered him, but not me about the same e-mail I had sent him. He then called my friend because we had to go take care of things and work on our other part time business and said, "I noticed that your calls were less today, what happened?" Then my friend reiterated the fact that he didn't solve the issue with my leads.

Bruce then said, "If she isn't doing more than 50 calls a day she shouldn't even be doing this." No, the problem was you're too lazy to fix a situation Bruce and you are a greedy, money hungry b*****d. And that's why people don't work for you.
