BRUSHY CREEK KENNEL - DAVID MOORE RIPOFF FRAUDULENT MONEY HUNGRY PUPPYMILL CROOKS Hockley Texas

I purchased puppy from these crooks had I known they conducted a puppymill with over 10 diffrent breeds of dogs and over 500+ dogs on their property, never allowing customers to view the parents of the puppies or the area in which they are kept I would of never bought from these nasty people who call themselves "animal lovers" I found all this information from other people who have been to Brushy Creek Kennel.


I was sold a very sick puppy I returned the puppy to them and I found out later it died, they failed to take it to the vet, they never sent the registration papers on the puppy, they will not give me my moneyback or allow me to get another puppy from them in which I don't want anyways after finding out this information online who would want another puppy from these criminals. Opon returning the puppy I was offered 3 very nasty stinky puppys kept in fly infested cat carrier with hay, the puppies she had to offer me where covered in dried feces, had runny noses, one looked like it had eye ulcers and were just filthy, the only excuse they gave was they didn't have time to bathe them!


I refused them for obvious reseasons, why would I want to take on another sick puppy I was already bringing one sick puppy back...Well the owner david moore hangs the phone on me everytime I call asking for my money because I refuse a puppy from them, he lies and says he'll return $200 of the $470 he owes me, this has been going on since March 6 2006 it is now July 26 2006 He refuses to give me my moneyback even after I contacted the BBB, HUMANE SOCIETY OF THE UNITED STATES, TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL, DISTRICT ATTORNEY and several other organizations. I guess I pissed him off OH WELL..this man needs to be in jail and charges filed against him and all his animals removed from his property. I cannot believe he is getting away with this, he basically has stolen my money! if anyone is thinking about getting a puppy please do your research first.

Avoid Brushy Creek Kennel aka David Moore-owner these people only care about makeing money and do not care about animals. If anyone knows what I can do to get my moneyback please let me know.
