Bryan Vess Discriminated against us San Diego California

After taking our $1,000 deposit for a rental apartment & telling us the place is ours pending a credit check, Bryan Vess decided he did not want children living in his apartment, and discriminated against us after we already canceled our lease at our existing apartment. This violates the Fair Housing Act of 1968 which makes it illegal to discriminate against children. It is also unethical because now we are in limbo between places due to Bryan's discrimination & unethical behavior. As an attorney he should know the law. I would be hesitant to do business with him in any fashion.
