Hello! I just want to give everyone a "heads up" on this bottom feeder collection agency. This agency uses threats and intimidation tactics to scare the consumer. I was contacted by a "representative" by the name of "Monica" who informed me that there was a complaint against my Social Security Number, and that this issue "wasn't going to go away." I was to call her immediately regarding this "important business matter." I knew it was a collection agency... If you desire, please go over to budhibbs.com and look up this sham of a company. Their rating is the worst.... Beware of this bottom feeder collection agency. Thank you!!

I receive daily phonecalls.

Dear Mr. Bruce Moore of B&T Financial,
I have been receiving daily phonecalls from your employees for someone who had my phone number previously to my attaining it through the phone company.
First call went like this -
Rep -"Mrs. Jones" please.
Me - I'm sorry, but you have the wrong number.
Rep - Yeah right. Then hangs up on me.
Second call -
Rep - "Mrs. Jones" please. This is important.
Me - Again, but you have the wrong number. Can you change your records accordingly?
Rep - I KNOW this is the right number, I know she's there and you're just lying to me. Than hangs up.
Since then, I receive multiple calls per day that I allow to go to voicemail because of the rudeness of your reps. Your company is FAR from professional, and break MANY laws according to the FDCPA.
I believe ALL of the reps at your company could use a lesson or to in the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.

I am an employee of B&T Financial and it makes me laugh when people are attempting to deflect the fact they don't pay their bills with this "BS". These people are the reason the situation has neccessitated contracting an outside entity like myself to assure they fulfill their monetary obligations. They are the reason interest rates have skyrocketed and why all economic indicators in this country are on a downward spiral. PAY YOUR BILLS...PAY YOUR BILLS...PAY YOUR BILLS!!!!
Put me out of business by paying your bills when they're due and i'll be a HAPPY CAMPER. To all the people who understand and appreciate the importance of paying your bills on time, I SALUTE YOU!!!
TO THE DEADBEATS LOOKING FOR AN EASY WAY OUT, PRAY YOUR ACCOUNT NEVER LANDS ON MY DESK!!!!!!

If they call again hang up on them. If thye call back do not answer the phone. If you have caller ID and the # shows I would call the phone company about putting a block on the # . This could also be a scam as well . If they ask for bank imformation refuse to give it .
